PenProject.com was "born" in September 2009. Its founder is, Armand Serio an American Patriot residing in the State of Connecticut.
History of How it Came to Existence:
One day in the month of September, Armand went to Bridgeport, Ct to help a fellow Patriot hang a "giant American flag", outside of a business establishment. In doing so they began chatting about how too many companies are "hiring" illegal laborors, to attain a bigger profit margin.
This concept didn't sit well with Armand , especially with the unemployment rate topping a 25 year high, around 9.5%.
With President Obama sitting in the White House and "unsucessfully" trying to get Americans to swallow his, Stimulus Plan, and his Bailout, and his Healthcare Reform Plan, etc....Armand felt now was the time to "band" Americans, especially American patriots and activists together, under a common purpose.
To save "Americans Jobs" and lower the "unemployment rate" by simply creating a "Project Website" (PenProject.com). Which would be an "avenue" for American Businesses to use to advertise their, service, trade, business, etc...
This website would be "twofold". Not only would you as an American be able to list yourself, for "free". You would also be allowed to browse the different categories of "Business Patriots" and use their goods and services, as needed.
Simply Put: American Citizens, supporting, Legal Americans.
